Spectacular Sedona

In memory of my mom, I’ve made it a tradition to get out to Sedona every year to celebrate her birthday and Earth Day in one of my favorite Arizona spots.

This Mescal trail was absolutely stunning with wildflowers and gorgeous views of the valley as you hike around the rim of the mountain.

Hiked Mescal to Long Canyon and took the short trek off trail up to the birthing cave for more spectacular views. (I recommend getting an early start, this cave is a popular spot)

finished the loop on Deadman’s Pass trail back to the parking lot.

This hike and Soldiers Pass are two of my favorite hikes to go in Sedona. Looking forward to heading back at the end of the month for another Earth Day adventure.
