Finding grace during a season of change

I find myself grasping at the wind every year during this season. When Fall gives us a change in direction, creating space and finding balance is so important. This week in particular has been a turbulent one to say the least. The wild mind that struggles to settle, a roller coaster of emotions along with the scramble to put back pieces of what feels familiar and known.

If you’re going through a similar kind of Autumn anxiety, here are some things to keep in mind…

Acceptance- Life is in a constant state of change. Its flow is continuous and ever changing. And so are we. Change can be uncomfortable but it’s necessary.

Seek inspiration- When overwhelmed, seek inspiration to help embrace the change. Choose to explore, discover and find excitement in what’s next to come. Align with your source within that knows of your own magnificence and self worth.

We don’t always have a choice when it comes to change, but we get to choose how we respond.
In the face of change, remember that you are the author of every next moment. You are the creator, and the new landscape surrounding you is giving you space to grow as you choose.
Now is the time to create a masterpiece of all you long for and desire. Spend some time with yourself refocusing your thoughts and priorities.
Choose to live joyfully in your abundance.

Be gentle on yourself through the process-
Look through a new lens, and make it a loving one. The more you look through it, the more you will grow in the direction of your heart. The more you can embrace these eruptions of life in front of you, the more you will trust fearlessly to create your dreams. Don’t stop yourself from creating the most vivid and wildly beautiful existence that you’ve longed for.

Find joy- enjoy each step of discovery and allow your heart to feel with hope, as you begin to open to all that you once feared. Know that your deepest self has been longing to meet this place, and is ready to dance with a new reality.

Find Grace in the journey. You got this.
