Hiking up to the top of Nevada Falls was absolutely magical.
The plan was to do our first hike of the day up to Vernal Falls (The Mist)
I would recommend starting early as it is a little tough to find parking especially during summer months. We parked near the village and rented bikes because this hike was about a 2 mile ride to the trail head. There is plenty of parking for the bikes at the trail head near the restrooms.
We were blown away by her beauty and decided to just keep going.
Nevada Falls is a tall grand waterfall along the Merced River above Vernal Falls.
Every step up just got better and better, and believe me there were a lot of them! I stood there in awe just staring at the 594 ft high waterfall. it was incredible.
We continued the climb to the top where we experienced spectacular views and took a refreshing dip.
It was definitely one for the books!
