Each morning, I begin my day with reading a daily affirmation to meditate on and writing in a gratitude journal. This spiritual practice has helped me to be more patient and focused. Combined with a proactive relationship with my body and getting in daily hikes, honoring my spirit and allowing myself to let go and grow without fear and with a sense of curiosity and wonder about what tomorrow will bring. This routine has had a powerful impact on my overall health and has healed me in many ways. It is a positive practice I need to stay consistent with for clarity and well being.
